It was good to get your note indicating that the litigation is finished and the books can now be closed. What a joyous announcement! I know the case taxed your patience and at times I am sure you were ready to tear your hair out. I still don’t quite understand the motivation but will not dwell on it. I do want to thank you on behalf of the entire family for all your hard work and dedication. I know that frequently your task is a thankless one; that you probably catch more hell than you deserve but I assume that this is all a part of being a lawyer.
