Client Comment

P.K.

It was good to get your note indicating that the litigation is finished and the books can now be closed. What a joyous announcement! I know the case taxed your patience and at times I am sure you were ready to tear your hair out. I still don’t quite understand the motivation but will not dwell on it. I do want to thank you on behalf of the entire family for all your hard work and dedication. I know that frequently your task is a thankless one; that you probably catch more hell than you deserve but I assume that this is all a part of being a lawyer. At any rate thanks again for your time, patience (especially with my brother) and your dedication to our welfare. Have a great spring season and if you get this way (the Hocking Hills) please call and we will give you special attention. – P.K.

Sexual harassment continues to occur in many workplaces. Unfortunately, a number of employers fail to adequately respond to initial complaints. In many cases, lack of prompt, effective action by human resources and management leads to more harassment, which can create a hostile work environment. As a result, employees may be forced to choose between enduring intolerable harassment or resigning from their position. Read more on sexual harassment litigation and learn about your options »
