Client Comment

P.K.

It was good to get your note indicating that the litigation is finished and the books can now be closed. What a joyous announcement! I know the case taxed your patience and at times I am sure you were ready to tear your hair out. I still don’t quite understand the motivation but will not dwell on it. I do want to thank you on behalf of the entire family for all your hard work and dedication. I know that frequently your task is a thankless one; that you probably catch more hell than you deserve but I assume that this is all a part of being a lawyer. At any rate thanks again for your time, patience (especially with my brother) and your dedication to our welfare. Have a great spring season and if you get this way (the Hocking Hills) please call and we will give you special attention. – P.K.

It is important to understand the nature of the beast called sexual harassment.  Sexual harassment is a form of discrimination prohibited by Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, et seq. and Ohio Revised Code § 4112.02(A).  It can be defined as “severe or pervasive conduct that can take many forms, including unwelcomed sexual advances, requests for sexual favors and inappropriate sexual comments or references.” Learn more about how the law defines Sexual Harassment and your rights »
